  • Collection and drop off
    Is at at our base in Northyards, Squamish.

    Delivery
    There is an option for local delivery within Squamish at checkout.
    Contact us for a quote for delivery outside of Squamish.

    Additionally if you would like support with set and and tear down please reach out and we would be happy to help. 

  • No, we'll handle the account and subscription. The Starlink kit will be set up with an active subscription and a wifi password. You'll only need the app to see connection details and to stow Starlink at the end of your trip. 

    We'll also supply instructions and tips for the optimal set up.

  • Starlink needs a clear view of the sky to stay connected with satellites as they move overhead. For best a view ideally pointing north for the best connection. Avoid close-by obstructions like trees or buildings which could cause service disruptions. In heavily forested areas aim for a clearing. Use the obstruction tool in the App to ensure you have selected a suitable location. 

  • Yes, Starlink is tough - it can handle snow, heavy rain and winds.

  • The Starlink kit will be set up with an active Roam subscription and a wifi password. Contact us if an upgraded service is needed for maritime, emergency response and businesses.
